T/N: This is in reference to a self-help book by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga called "Courage to be Disliked", which is quite well-known/popular here in Asia. It was mentioned a handful of times on NJTTW too: Season 3 when Jaehyun mentioned he was reading this book at the moment, again at the end of the season when Mino got a question wrong during the Dragon Ball Release Quiz and Jaehyun offered to let him borrow the book, and in Season 6 as one of the gifts during a quiz round haha
